IT IS TIME TO BRING CANING BACK TO SCHOOL
The challenge on the ground to the matter is that caning is not enough to discipline a particular student in school but the way to understand why behind the matter before you end up punishing a particular mistake to students is the most important.
Sometimes, students can get used to caning such that he or she cannot end a day without being punished by caning; why because she is using to and if we can understand why behind the student mistake and find out that a student can also apologize for her mistake but caning every moment is not the solution. We have two types of students in schools: 1. slow learners 2. First learners
Most and regular students who get punished mostly are slow learners and they take time to understand a particular thing or subject in the class and a teacher will punish her to perform well but not that good only psychological affected full of paranoid.
First learners are not punished mostly because they get to understand things or subjects as quickly as slow learners and it’s well and good if only we can understand between the lines and take the right ways of correcting a mistake from a student.
However, some of our teachers will abuse students by calling them fools in the class but they are not fools but slow to understand and the bad influence to the students who misbehaving are still the slow learners who lack proper direction and the difference between good and bad influence and the way to make the right decision.
This type of student is not given enough attention like any other student, we need to balance between the slow and first learners in schools so that caning in schools will not favor some and leave others unrecognized as part of the students in schools. The issue about caning is not everything to focus on but the better student in the society to bring about. Because most of the students In school when they get used to caning in school, they will never do anything unless there is caning to wake them up.
It is a good idea but it is a thing of the past and we are moving forward not backward as we think, the thing of the past is got and the challenge in between it because we do not want to accept that we are at the present time and we need to deal with the present not about the past and if we will dwell on the past we will never move forward. The career focused training program is the only way to forget about the past and move forward with no caning in our schools.
